June 6, 1999

Mr. & Mrs. Macnew,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to stay in your home during our vacation to Orlando from May 29-June 5, 1999.

We were pleased at the location and felt safe during our stay. It is hard to make arrangements by phone or internet and truly know what you are getting yourself in to.

The accommodations were very clean and pleasant (when we were there) and it was very difficult for my husband to restrain himself from the Golf Course each morning.

Enclosed are the key's and per instructed we left your home as we found it. I did place all used linens in trash bags and left them in the floor by the sink. I mopped the floors and swept the carpet with the manual sweeper, as I couldn't figure out how to work the

vacuum .

We did video tape the cottage when we left for record of cleanliness if you would like to view it for the $100 deposit reimbursement (we video taped the entire vacation-new camcorder 0).

Again, thanks to you and your husband for sharing your home with us during this special time. We were able to bring my father-in-law with us to share this time as this is his first contact he has had with his grandkids since the loss of his wife (my husband's mother) in February.

Sincerely,

paula xx
