VISIT OUR VILLA AT SHADOW BAY NEAR DISNEY WORLD

Our Villa at Shadow Bay is ideally situated for your Disney World vacation experience. Located about 5 miles from Disney World and just off Highway 192 with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants, our 2br/2ba villa offers all the comforts of your home in a 24 hour security protected setting.

The villa is luxuriously furnished and maintained. It has central air and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms as well as a television in each. The living room is bright and cheery because of its cathedral ceilings and large, pretty half-circular picture windows.

It is provided with a telephone system that will allow local calls throughout the Disney world /Kissimmee area and will allow long distance and international calls via a credit card or 800 calling card.

The heated community pool is conveniently located and is protected by a fence with access requiring a key. The pool is lit for evening swimming until 10:00 p.m.

Our villa has one queen size bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, a sleeper sofa in the living room and can sleep six comfortably. Each bedroom has nice windows to keep it bright during the day. The master bedroom has a bath area with a tiled shower, toilet, special vanity area and on one side is a large walk in closet. The main bathroom has a complete tiled bath and shower, toilet and vanity with large mirror.

Our villa has three color televisions with cable TV and a VCR for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, built in micro-wave, coffee maker, toaster, as well as a full set of kitchen utensils and housewares and is divided from the living room by a breakfast bar seating two. The living room includes a television with VCR, sleep sofa and love sofa. The dining room sits six and leads out through sliding glass doors to a balcony/deck overlooking the community pool. A washing machine and dryer as well as linens and towels are also provided for your convenience.

Our villa is just 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is centrally located near all the area attractions.
